Abstract

In the article are presented peculiarities of the course of kidney disease in children infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Discussed in detail issues of tubulointerstitial nephropathy, AA-amyloidosis, nephrotic syndrome in children with tuberculosis infection. Presents modern concepts on the mechanism of nephrotoxicity of different groups of anti-TB drugs.
